Pubs code and Adjudicator

Pubs Code and Adjudicator

Government have published the long awaited for Pubs Code and the name of the Adjudicator. The Pubs Code and the Adjudicator Backbench debate took place on the afternoon of the 14th, it eloquently highlighted tenants concerns, all links can be found below.

Justice for Licensees would like to garner the opinion of tenants and ex-tenants on whether this Code will deliver the ‘no worse off’ principle, both of these parties will fully understand the reality of running a tied lease and are therefore best placed to decide on whether the Code will deliver the principle for them. Justice for Licensees would also like to garner opinion on the possibility of perception of possible conflicts of interest and the possibility of perception of possible bias. With this in mind we have produced a very quick easy survey, it’s only 6 questions, multiple choice of 3, yes no or not sure https://kwiksurveys.com/s/KkZ0sql9#/
